The Medlock, a Radisson Blu hotel, is a brand‑new 401‑key hotel set to be a game‑changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally. The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state‑of‑the‑art training facilities, a world‑class 60,000‑seat stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co‑op Live arena.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll support the Head Housekeeper in leading the team with positivity, professionalism, and pride – ensuring every room and public area is beautifully presented, refreshed, and guest ready.
- Your day will involve assisting with daily room allocations, rosters and performance; coaching and training your team with hands‑on leadership, and working closely with Front Office and Engineering teams to maintain a seamless connected guest journey.
