The predicted salary is between 21316 - 26776 £ per year.
You will be the welcoming face of the Hotel, present in our Reception area to assist our guests on arrival and throughout their stay. We are looking for authentic people who can make genuine connections with guests.
As Concierge, you will deal with a range of guest requests and be confident communicating as the local area knowledge expert. You will know not only the popular attractions but also the hidden gems. Working closely and communicating with all Departments will help put the guest at ease during their stay.
You will need to have great attention to detail, be a confident people person with strong communication skills in order to succeed in this role. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work a range of shifts and days, which means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
