You will need to be comfortable engaging with guests on the phone, via email and face to face in the hotel.

We offer Meeting and Events in all shapes and sizes — from 2 to 100 guests, business meetings through to weddings and private events. This role is predominantly office based in the hotel, working Monday to Friday, mainly dealing with direct enquiries though there will be the option to expand into direct sales calls as the business needs.

If you are looking for career training we offer nationally recognized apprenticeships which sit alongside our detailed brand development.

  • You will take pride in your work, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.

  • Develop lasting relationships with clients and generate repeat business
  • Maximising revenue through upselling – this could be food and beverage packages, accommodation bookings and meeting room hire
  • Administration and Technology savvy – Opera, Salesforce
