£26,000.00 per Annum/£12.50 per Hour + Service Charge, 40 hours per week (5 days)

We are in search of a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our vibrant team. As a pivotal member of our Hotel\’s kitchen team, you\’ll be serving up the most important meal of the day and perhaps, the lasting impression of our guests stay.

Responsibilities

You will already be an experienced Breakfast Chef, someone who is a morning person – our breakfast shifts start as early as 5am. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure are key attributes of a successful candidate. You will work within a team to prepare and deliver hot and cold breakfast items to a high standard. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.

Requirements

• Experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role
• Morning availability; shifts start as early as 5am
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
• Flexibility to work across 7 days a week; weekends and evenings busier periods
• Willingness to learn and participate in internal development and brand training
