Are you a strong leader with interpersonal and training skills? A good communicator who is service-oriented with an eye for details? A team player and a team motivator?
You enjoy implementing and maintaining control measures to ensure that Food and Beverage costs, productivity, labour costs and operating supply costs for the outlet are in line with budget. You are able to plan budgets and review forecast for revenue and expenditure on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out Duty Management shifts according to business needs.
- Analysing and submitting month-end reports and identifying deviation from business plan goals.
- Participating in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and developing the annual business plan related for the outlet.
- Planning, implementing and measuring profit enhancement programs by working with the kitchen and sales department.
- Preparing and submitting post-mortem promotion report to General Manager upon completion of promotion.
- Managing the daily operations of the Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service are provided to guests.
- Planning, organizing and directing the overall Food and Beverage operation, Administration, Marketing and Promotion of the outlet, and being responsible and accountable for its profitability and revenue generation.
- Having a good understanding of food hygiene and Health and Safety procedures.
- Preparing weekly and monthly forecasts for Restaurant, Bar and Room service.
- Ensuring constant liaison with the Head Chef, Conference and Events Manager and Operations Manager.
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
