As Assistant Night Manager, you’ll support the overnight leadership of the hotel, ensuring every guest experience remains seamless, secure and thoughtfully delivered while the city sleeps. You’ll play a key role in overseeing night operations—supporting the front office, coordinating late arrivals and early departures, and ensuring the hotel runs smoothly through the quieter hours.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Night Manager, you’ll help lead our Nights teams, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly, safely and seamlessly through the overnight hours.

  • You’ll champion our brand standards, guiding a confident service culture while bringing structure, reassurance and pride to a team delivering Medlock moments around the clock.
