What you'll be doing:
- Support the Front of House Manager, help lead the Reception team, creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel seen, supported and genuinely cared for.
- Champion our brand standards, nurture a confident sales and service culture, and bring structure, warmth and pride to a team delivering Medlock moments around the clock.
- Play a key role in setting the tone for our arrival experience and ensuring consistently elevated service, bringing the spirit and personality of Manchester into every guest moment.
About you:
