Are you someone with great attention to detail and enjoys supporting people with administrative tasks? Then look no further! We are in search of a hotel administrator to join our team. No two days will be the same as you will be closely supporting the hotel leadership team with our employee journey. It will include managing our team member records, supporting with onboarding, reporting on brand and training compliance, and helping to drive employee engagement.
By collaborating with our department heads, you will also support our team with any queries and concerns effectively. You will already have experience working within an administration role - excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills are key attributes of a successful candidate. Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
