Crowne Plaza Harrogate is looking for a friendly, positive morning person to oversee the running of a busy breakfast team. You will demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
Our breakfast teams interact with 99% of our guests and help set the tone for the day ahead, often juggling limited space in a high-pressure environment while catering for corporate, leisure, and group guests, all of whom have different expectations and demands.
You will liaise with the kitchen team to ensure the breakfast buffet, both hot and cold, is presented as the brand expects.
