We are seeking a Duty Manager to lead the Restaurant and Bar team on shift and oversee hotel operations when senior management aren’t on site.
You’ll steer service, coach staff and ensure smooth dining experiences across all meal periods.
You’ll also manage guest feedback, assist with staffing, labour costs and ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety, Food Safety, Licensing and Allergen requirements across the restaurant
