- Proven experience as an Executive or Senior Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel or Rosette/Michelin restaurant.

- Lead and inspire our culinary team, from Sous Chefs to Commis Chefs, with a blend of strategic and hands-on leadership.
- Uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence, health, and safety across Dunluce Lodge.
- Forge strong relationships with suppliers, securing premium local ingredients at competitive prices.
- Develop and mentor the entire kitchen brigade, offering guidance that encourages growth and creativity.
