We are seeking a People and Culture HR Administrator to join our central team. Based in our offices in Salford Quays, this role is pivotal in supporting our hotels and wider central teams in driving our people strategy, ensuring our teams are engaged, inspired, and aligned with our company values.

Responsibilities:

  • Support with recruitment & onboarding.
  • Signpost ER cases to the Cluster People & Culture Managers.
  • Foster a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee performance management processes.
  • Coordinate development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Analyse HR data to drive continuous improvement.
