Restaurant Supervisor – Exeter 12.00 Per Hour + Service Charge, 20 – 40 Hour Contracts available. voco Zeal Exeter Science Park, is situated at the entrance of Exeter Science Park, home to the South West’s leading science, technology, engineering, maths and medicine businesses. This premium 4-star hotel offers 142 stylish bedrooms, a restaurant and bar showcasing local produce, a mini gym, gardens and versatile meeting space. The hotel is 100% electric and has a car park with 12 EV charging points. Sustainability is a key part of our hotel’s ethos. All our team are certified as ‘Carbon Literate’, and you should be eager to participate in Carbon Awareness training. We expect our team members to understand the impact of their actions on our environment, and actively contribute to reducing emissions as well as suggesting ideas of their own. They will be required to uphold a commitment to carbon reduction, bringing our sustainability journey to life for themselves and our guests. You will already have experience in working within a busy restaurant and be looking for the next step in your career. You will be the face of the restaurant, you’ll help control the flow, communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests. We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days – this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
