We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Reservations and Events Agent to join our team.

The Role

  • As Reservations and Events Agent you'll be on the front line, delivering attentive customer focused service.
  • Understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.
  • Delivering on our mission to provide excellent customer service.
  • Take reservations, chase bookings and be knowledgeable about food and beverage packages.
  • Ensure maximum occupancy and room rates are achieved.
  • Keep the reception team updated with occupancy levels, no-shows, VIPs and special events.

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
