Are you a Night Owl? Do you have a strong background in a branded hotel working in a front of house or reception team? Can you deliver brand standards anytime of the day?
The Night Supervisor is responsible for the running of the Front Desk and will support the management team with Night Audit. With knowledge of the Hotel's products and services, you can deal with all guest requests. This may include additional room amenities or delivering room service. This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead. Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
