As we continue to build the team ahead of the opening of The Medlock, Radisson Blu Hotel, we are recruiting a range of contracted team members. We offer flexible working patterns designed to suit a variety of needs:

  • 16 hours per week, across 2 days
  • 24 hours per week, across 3 days
  • 30 hours per week, across 5 days

At the Medlock, first impressions matter - but it's the lasting ones that stay with our guests. This role is about creating a welcoming space where guests instantly feel at ease. As a Room Attendant, you'll care for every detail, from crisp, perfectly made beds to those thoughtful finishing touches that elevate a stay. Your pride in presentation and consistency will help ensure each room feels fresh, calm and ready to be enjoyed - so guests can relax, unwind and feel truly looked after.

This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally. The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world-class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena. It will become a world-class hub for elite sport, music, and entertainment, attracting visitors from around the world.

The new hotel will sit at the heart of a vibrant and evolving Etihad Campus - an exceptional place for guests, teams, partners and fans to rest, reset and immerse themselves in everything the campus has to offer. We're opening our doors soon and we're building a team that's as warm, grounded and full of personality as the city we call home.

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll take pride in your rooms, completing both daily and deep cleaning to a consistently high standard, with care and close attention to detail.
  • Whether preparing rooms for arriving guests or refreshing them during a stay, you'll ensure every space is presented to the highest standard - ready to be enjoyed and remembered.
  • Working closely with your team and other departments, you'll bring a positive, supportive approach, always ready to step in where needed.
  • You'll follow all safety and hygiene standards, using equipment and materials responsibly and with confidence.
  • No two days are the same. You'll balance daily room servicing with the unexpected, staying one step ahead and taking pride in making every room feel just right.
  • You'll be a key ambassador for The Medlock, bringing our brand to life through the care you show, the details you deliver and the standards you uphold.

Our hotel never stops, and neither does the care behind it. We operate 365 days a year, with shift patterns designed to reflect the rhythm of the business - offering flexibility where possible. Specific hours and working patterns can be discussed at interview.
