As we continue to build the team ahead of the opening of The Medlock, Radisson Blu Hotel, we are recruiting a range of contracted team members. We offer flexible working patterns designed to suit a variety of needs:
- 20 hours per week, across 4 days
- 40 hours per week, across 5 days

We're looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who brings that same mindset: someone who leads with warmth, supports with consistency, and understands that great hospitality is reflected in every space we present.
This brand-new 401-key hotel is set to be a game-changer in hospitality, seamlessly integrating with one of the most prestigious entertainment and sporting destinations globally. The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world-class 60,000 seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the Housekeeping Manager, you'll help lead the housekeeping team, creating a calm, organised environment where standards are clear and consistently delivered.
- You'll ensure every room and public space is prepared with care, so guests feel comfortable, welcomed and well looked after throughout their stay.
- You'll champion Medlock's brand standards, encouraging a culture of pride, attention to detail and teamwork - bringing structure and consistency to a team that delivers exceptional results behind the scenes.
- As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining presentation across the hotel, ensuring every space reflects our high standards - bringing a sense of care, quality and quiet excellence to every guest experience.
