Dunluce Lodge, our 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team in our fabulous Bar and Restaurant. This crucial role ensures that all guests have their every need catered for when dining and relaxing in our restaurant, bar, wine cellar or al fresco terrace. We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
