Assistant Night Manager 31,000 per annum, 40 hours per week. Night Owls wanted. Do you have a strong background in Front of House or Reception operations but prefer working the night shift? As Assistant Night Manager you will deputise in the absence of the Night Manager, making decisions and solving problems. Your role will include running night audit, health and safety checks, night security walks and dealing with all guests' requests.
Great communication skills are required as detailed handovers are necessary for the incoming shift and Duty Manager, as are excellent customer service skills. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
