Concierge – Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh – Edinburgh
12.38 per hour, occasional worker
You will be the welcoming face of the Hotel. Being present in our Reception area to assist our guests on arrival and throughout their stay.
We are looking for authentic people who can make genuine connections with guests.
As Concierge you will be deal with a range of guest requests. You will be confident communicating as the local area knowledge expert. You will know not only the popular attractions but also the hidden gems.
Working closely and communicating with all Departments to put the guest at ease during their stay.
You will need to have great attention to detail, be a confident people person with strong communication skills in order to succeed in this role.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days – this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
