• You will ideally have experience in 5 star or 2-3 rosette kitchens.
• In-depth knowledge of modern food trends (local, Irish, and international).
• A can-do attitude, a love for challenges, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and an innovative mindset.
• Relevant culinary qualifications and a history of working in renowned establishments.
• You will be a morning person!
