Working as part of the Front Office team, you will work night shifts completing the night audits, supporting Guests with late check-in, queries and early check-outs. You will be completing end of day procedures and health and safety checks as required. The variety of this role needs someone who can work calmly under pressure and be always vigilant to keep the hotel guests and property safe and secure. This role requires flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
