We are looking for a strong leader with interpersonal and training skills, a good communicator who is service-oriented with an eye for detail, and a team player who can motivate others. You will have experience in implementing and maintaining control measures to ensure that food and beverage costs, productivity, labour costs, and operating supply costs for the outlet are in line with budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out Duty Management shifts according to business needs.
- Participating in departmental meetings to review progress towards achieving business plan goals.
- Managing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service are provided to guests.
- Planning, organizing, and directing the overall Food and Beverage operation, administration, marketing, and promotion of the outlet.
- Being responsible and accountable for profitability and revenue generation.
- Preparing weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar, and room service.
- Ensuring clear communication with the Food and Beverage Manager, Head Chef, Conference and Events Manager, and Operations Manager.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, requiring flexibility in shifts and days. We are generally busier during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
