Key Responsibilities: Lead the Team: Oversee and support the bar staff in their duties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service throughout each shift. Crafting Delight: Serve and supervise the preparation of a delightful mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring compliance with hotel policy and liquor licensing laws. Service Excellence: Ensure excellent customer service at all times, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Spotless Setup: Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards. Stock Management: Rotate, display, and manage bar stock to guarantee all products are served in top-notch condition. Transaction Savvy: Oversee cash, credit cards, and guest accounts, following company procedures with precision. Event Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions to deliver a seamless guest experience. Team Player: Support the Food & Beverage department as needed, whether it’s assisting with table service, food preparation, or helping train team members.
