Do you have the drive to coach, inspire and support your team and club members? In this role you will support the Leisure Club Manager with Health and Safety, ensuring the smooth running of the leisure facilities. You will have the passion to assist in creating strategic direction for the club and drive membership sales to grow the business, coaching and pushing the team to achieve targets. Keeping the membership base enticed and engaged is a key part of the role, ensuring regular interaction and activities with the existing members.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
