As a Goods In Controller, you'll ensure everything that arrives is handled efficiently, accurately and with care, keeping our operations running smoothly from the moment stock enters the building. This role is about more than checking deliveries; it's about organisation, accountability and attention to detail. You'll take pride in managing incoming goods, verifying orders, and ensuring everything is recorded and stored correctly.
Working independently and as part of a wider team, you'll help maintain a well-structured, reliable supply flow that supports every department. Your behind-the-scenes contribution sets the tone for the day ahead, supporting a seamless guest experience from the very first step through the door.

The next evolution of the Etihad Campus will see it become a thriving sports and entertainment district, featuring state-of-the-art training facilities, a world-class 60,000-seater stadium, and vibrant leisure spaces including the Co-op Live arena. What you'll be doing:
- You’ll take ownership of all incoming deliveries, managing goods-in processes with care, consistency and strong attention to detail.
- While operations continue around you, you’ll work in a calm, efficient manner to ensure all stock is received, checked and stored correctly, meeting, and often exceeding, our standards.
- Working both independently and alongside the wider team, you’ll bring a dependable, positive approach, stepping in where needed to keep goods moving seamlessly through the operation.
- You’ll follow all safety, handling and security procedures, using equipment and systems responsibly and with confidence.
- No two days are the same. You’ll balance scheduled deliveries with unexpected arrivals, staying organised, proactive and one step ahead.
- Your role is key in maintaining accuracy and flow, ensuring the right goods are in the right place at the right time.
