  • Bringing a dependable, positive approach, stepping in where needed to keep goods moving seamlessly through the operation.
  • Following all safety, handling and security procedures, using equipment and systems responsibly and with confidence.
  • Balancing scheduled deliveries with unexpected arrivals, staying organised, proactive and one step ahead.
  • Maintaining accuracy and flow, ensuring the right goods are in the right place at the right time.

About you:

  • Warm, welcoming and naturally genuine in the way you care for guests and colleagues.
  • Confident under pressure, with a steady presence and a touch of individuality that makes you memorable.
  • An effective communicator, grounded and connected to the city you're helping shape.
  • Experienced in a fast-paced hotel operation, ideally within a premium, lifestyle or high-energy environment.
