£25,396.80 per annum/£12.21 per hour, 40 hours per week (5 days)

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Reservations and Events Agent to join our team.

The Role

As Reservations and Events Agent you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission! You’ll provide attentive, customer‑focused service, uphold brand standards, and thrive as part of a successful team.

• Are you a master at taking reservations, chasing bookings and knowing all our food and beverage packages?
• Can you ensure maximum occupancy and room rates are achieved?
• Do you keep the reception team updated on occupancy levels, no‑shows, VIPs, and special events?

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and require great flexibility for shifts, especially evenings and weekends. Apprenticeships and extensive brand training are available.

What You’ll Be Doing As Reservations And Events Agent

• Deliver top‑quality customer service
• Work as part of a great team
• Take enquiries and bookings via telephone and online bookings
• Convert enquiries into sales
• Process, amend and update bookings as required
• Maximise revenue through upselling
• Administration and technology savvy
• Be available to work when the team and customer needs you most
