Responsibilities
- Lead the daily management of food and beverage outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service.
- Plan, organise and direct the overall F&B operation, administration, marketing and promotion of the outlet.
- Ensure profitability and revenue generation; manage budgets and review monthly forecasts for revenue and expenditure.
- Carry out duty management shifts as needed; analyse month-end reports and identify deviations from the business plan.
- Participate in management meetings to review progress toward business plan goals and develop annual plans for the outlet.
- Plan, implement and measure profit-enhancement programs with the kitchen and sales departments.
- Prepare and submit post-mortem promotion reports to the General Manager upon completion of promotions.
- Train and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creativity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, service orientation, and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
- Ability to prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar and room service.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts across 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends.
