Our Founder has managed over 340 staff globally, has personally developed 32 X £1M PA Billers and built one of the most successful Financial Service Recruitment firms globally without any outside capital. /p p br /p p strong The Opportunity /strong /p p We are looking for an ambitious recruitment or executive search professional to help lead and build our Insurance practice. /p p br /p p This is not a pure Talent Acquisition role. We are looking for a commercially minded producer who can manage senior candidates, take talent to market, originate opportunities, build client relationships and deliver retained search work end to end. /p p br /p p Valmont Talent has been retained on multiple mandates across Insurance and Financial Services since their inception, giving this person an immediate platform to transact from day one while building a long-term practice. /p p br /p p Given the strength of our client relationships, you will be required to work from client offices in London 2-3 days per week. /p p br /p p strong What You’ll Be Doing /strong /p p br /p p You will work closely with the CEO Founder to build out Valmont Talent’s Insurance Executive Search practice. /p p br /p p Responsibilities will include: /p p br /p ul li Delivering retained executive search mandates across Insurance /li li Managing the full search lifecycle from client briefing to placement /li li Building senior candidate relationships across all verticals within Insurance /li li Taking high-quality candidates to market to generate new business /li li Developing new client relationships across Insurance and adjacent Financial Services markets /li li Building talent maps, market intelligence and leadership pipelines /li li Representing Valmont Talent with senior stakeholders and decision-makers /li li Helping shape the growth of a specialist practice within a well-capitalised search firm /li /ul p br /p p This is a live, active market opportunity with the platform to bill meaningfully in year one.
