Responsibilities

  • Participate in market needs analysis to discover emerging trends in the agricultural sector.
  • Responsible for advancing the “Stage Gate” design stages within a multidisciplinary project team.
  • Responsible for the improvement and management of the product lifecycle for one or more product lines, from design to market withdrawal.
  • Serve as the technical reference for the product line under your responsibility.
  • Perform mathematical calculations and risk analysis.
  • Test prototypes in collaboration with the workshop team.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites for analysis, support, and prototype testing.
  • Monitor product performance and propose strategic adjustments.

  • Possess a sharp mind and enjoy problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills, customer focus, and ability to translate market needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Organizational skills and resourcefulness.

  • Proficiency in Solidworks software.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., PLM) is an asset.
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken (asset).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, product management experience, or equivalent.
  • Skills in mechanical design project management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in the manufacturing and agricultural sectors is an asset.
