Responsibilities
- Participate in market needs analysis to discover emerging trends in the agricultural sector.
- Responsible for advancing the “Stage Gate” design stages within a multidisciplinary project team.
- Responsible for the improvement and management of the product lifecycle for one or more product lines, from design to market withdrawal.
- Serve as the technical reference for the product line under your responsibility.
- Perform mathematical calculations and risk analysis.
- Test prototypes in collaboration with the workshop team.
- Occasionally travel to client sites for analysis, support, and prototype testing.
- Monitor product performance and propose strategic adjustments.
Your Profile
- Possess a sharp mind and enjoy problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills, customer focus, and ability to translate market needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations.
