At Valmetal, you play a key role at the heart of our operations. As Production Director, you drive departmental performance and ensure objectives are achieved by mobilizing and developing your teams. A hands‑on and engaged leader, you actively foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Plan, supervise, and prioritize production activities;
- Work closely with supervisors and the planning team;
