Your main role will be to make the parts that go into our high-performance farm equipment. Are meticulousness and accuracy adjectives that come to mind when you think of yourself? As a Daytime Assembler, you will read the production order and drawings, start up the equipment, and assemble the parts.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Operate the shot blaster and prepare parts
- Clean the workspace at the end of operations
- Prepare cleaning solutions according to procedures
- Wash parts
- Properly dispose of chemical waste in compliance with procedures
- Prepare parts requiring grinding, scraping, and sanding
- Apply putty (if applicable) and powder coating
- Operate the curing oven
- Inspect parts at every stage
