Responsibilities- Provide service and support to users of office automation software and information systems, and handle IT requests from staff members.
- Provide service and support to the production team on computer and network systems, including system enhancements.
- Ensure the optimal use of existing technologies, maximize their efficiency, and ensure their evolution.
- Prioritize IT requests from users and meet deadlines.
- Ensure the availability, operation, maintenance, security, and development of IT infrastructure, including the telecommunications network, computer equipment, information systems, office software, Internet services, and the central telephone system.
- Support and advise the company's various customers in analyzing their needs, recommend solutions and technological orientations, and ensure their integration.
- Ensure data and software security.
- Monitor operating system and software updates.
- Prepare and maintain automation plans for IT systems management, including workstations, user accounts, etc.
- Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Configure, install, and maintain computer workstations (offices and plants).
- Ensure quality service for all IT operations.
- Ensure the creation of procedures and documentation for our computer systems and networks.
- Manage, maintain, and improve the surveillance, alarm, and telephone systems.
- Closely follow new technological developments in the market.
- Train users on software or work methods as needed.

- Knowledge of wired and wireless networks, network operating systems, and security systems.
- Able to program certain task automation actions to reduce wasted time.
- Knowledge of the languages used to automate tasks, extract data, etc. e.g.: PowerShell (asset).
- Familiarity with hypervisors and virtual machines (VMware).
- Mastery of Active Directory management, including group creation, access rights management, user creation, etc.
- Familiarity with the technologies and platforms of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft SQL Server, RDS, etc.
