Responsibilities
- Manage performance indicators and monitor variances
- Inspect products for quality, conformity, and identification prior to locating them
- Supervise parts localization
- Analyze and investigate discrepancies prior to localization
- Organize quarantine of defective parts, for applicable warehouses
- Perform inventory movements in the system
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and propose/implement solutions
- Support the annual stock‑taking process
- Supervise/perform inventory audits (cycle counting)
- Ensure inventory processes run smoothly, optimize operations and physical locations
- Comply with occupational health and safety requirements

- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)

- Solid knowledge and familiarity working with an ERP system (major asset)
