Overview
In this Fluids Engineer role, you’ll design hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and installable layouts, sizing power units, valves, and pipes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer projects within the pulp & paper sector, driving reliable fluid systems from concept through FAT and start-up. This position offers hands-on problem solving, exposure to world-class technology, and opportunities to learn and grow in a global, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Create circuit drawings and piping diagrams
- Create valve panel assembly drawings
- Handle component selection and installation task lists
- Size hydraulic power units, valves, and pipes
- Perform engineering calculations for flow and pressure
- Participate in FAT and start-ups as required
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- minimum four years of related experience
- paper industry experience preferred
- understand fluid circuit design
- proficient with AutoCAD
- Cadmatic experience a plus
- self-motivated and willing to learn
- authorized to work in the United States
