The Role: Workiva Developer/Analyst

\nJob Description:
\nYour responsibilities:
\nConfigure and maintain Workiva platform components including:
\no Workspaces
\no User security and access
\no Document permissions
\no Data linking and chains
\no Reporting templates
\no Workflow configurations
\nSupport SEC, statutory, management, and financial reporting processes using Workiva.
\nManage integrations between Workiva and upstream systems such as:
\no ERP platforms (Oracle,SAP,Onestream)
\no Data warehouses
\no BI/reporting tools
\nConfigure and maintain data loads, mappings, and validation processes.
\nPartner with finance, accounting, controllership, and reporting teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Workiva solutions.
\nTroubleshoot reporting, data linkage, and configuration issues within the platform.
\nSupport Smart View/drill-down and reporting automation capabilities where applicable.
\nEnsure data accuracy, governance, auditability, and compliance within Workiva.
\nParticipate in testing activities including:
\no SIT
\no UAT
\no Regression testing
\nDevelop user guides, SOPs, and training materials for business users.
\nSupport period-end financial reporting cycles and critical reporting timelines.
\nContinuously identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
\nYour Profile
\nRelated field
\n3-8 years of experience in:
\no Workiva administration/configuration
\no Financial systems
\no Reporting platforms
\no EPM/CPM tools
\nHands-on experience with Workiva Wdesk platform configuration.
\nStrong understanding of:
\no Financial reporting
\no Consolidation processes
\no Regulatory/statutory reporting
\nExperience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, FCC, or OneStream.
\nKnowledge of:
\no Data integrations
\no Workflow automation
\no Reporting controls
