Workforce Management Analyst (Hiring Immediately)

Role: Genesys WFM/Alvaria WFM

Location: UK, Remote (Occasional Visit)

Contract: 6 Months

Mandatory:

1- Experienced in Infrastructure support of Alvaria WFM/Genesys WFM High level knowledge of Genesys framework/Alvaria WFM Infra will be added

advantage.

2- Knowledge in Alvaria WFM Cloud product. (Desired)

3- Experienced in troubleshooting skills on Scheduling, Forecasting & Adherence related data mismatch issues. (Desired)

4- Experienced in working on Linux boxes.

5- Should have experience in working on production support (Able to handle Incidents, bug fixes, break fixes, able to communicate with stake

holders).

Important:

6- Hands on experience on Linux/Unix/window platforms. Should working knowledge on RDBMS preferably oracle & SQL server.

7- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

8- Should be able to handle on call on weekends.

9- Able to work on shifts.

10- Should have worked on agile working environment.

11-Working knowledge on cloud fundamentals
