Responsibilities
- Lead and guide Salesforce development teams and provide technical direction to business stakeholders.
- Define and maintain Salesforce architecture, integration standards, and best practices.
- Design and deliver new mobile features that improve customer experience, safety, compliance, and field operations.
- Promote engineering excellence through clean coding, CI/CD, testing, security, performance optimization, and release management.
- Ensure platform reliability and continuously improve development processes using automation and AI-driven tools.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (Energy & Utilities Cloud preferred), Apex, LWC, Flows, and API integrations.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, engineering standards, coding best practices, and technical leadership across multiple teams.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD processes, GitHub, deployment management, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and influence technical decisions in large-scale digital environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, with knowledge of AI-enabled development, security standards, and data privacy requirements.
