You will develop training, user guides, SOPs, and learning materials, while coordinating with Finance SMEs and project teams to ensure readiness for deployment and organizational change.
You will design and deliver instructor-led and virtual sessions, create knowledge resources, and support UAT and change management activities to maximize user capability and system adoption.
