I'm working with a major infrastructure organisation looking to bring in a senior hire to take ownership of water quality and regulatory compliance across multiple regions. This is a key leadership role sitting across the full water supply chain—from source and treatment through to distribution—ensuring safe, compliant drinking water and maintaining customer confidence at all times.

You'll be leading a specialist team, working closely with production and network operations, and acting as the go-to for water quality across the business.

Key focus areas
  • Owning water quality performance across the clean water network (source to tap)
  • Leading monitoring strategies, sampling programmes, and regulatory compliance
  • Managing and responding to water quality incidents, ensuring effective resolution
  • Working closely with treatment works, distribution, and network teams
  • Driving continuous improvement across hygiene, compliance, and operational practices
  • Acting as a key contact for regulators and industry stakeholders

  • Strong experience across water supply / clean water / potable water environments (essential)
