Job Title: Unix Administrator

Location: Edinburgh, London- 3 days/week

Duration: 6months+

Job Description:

• Unix SA–Extensive knowledge of UNIX and LINUX operating systems(RHEL 7,8,9) , storage environments, network protocols, shell scripting and file systems.
• Good knowledge on Installing, monitoring and upgrading UNIX system software on company's platform.
• Detailed knowledge of UNIX principles, file editing, UNIX commands, file manipulation, Applying patches and upgrades when necessary.
• Understanding of backup procedures ,storage management, space utilization statistics with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good working experience containers; Docker and / or k8, provisioning with public or private cloud
• Good working experience on MongoDB and Redis
