Overview
We are supporting a large-scale transformation programme within the defence and engineering sector and are seeking a Training & Delivery Consultant to help drive the adoption of new processes and ways of working across operational teams. This is a highly visible, site-based role where you will work closely with frontline employees and supervisors, spending significant time within operational environments to understand current practices, identify barriers to change, and support the successful implementation of programme initiatives.
Experience Required
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or capability development within operational, manufacturing, engineering, or shop-floor environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly.
- Excellent observation, analysis, and note-taking abilities.
- Experience gathering operational insights and translating findings into concise reports or recommendations.
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of change management, business transformation, adoption, or organisational readiness activities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
