Responsibilities Define and manage the overall testing strategy, plans, schedules, and resources for SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression, and Dual Run testing.
Lead end-to-end test execution, ensuring complete validation of business processes, system integrations, APIs, and data quality.
Manage integration testing across internal, external, and third-party systems, ensuring seamless end-to-end business workflows.
Establish and govern the Test Management Office (TMO), including quality metrics, test reporting, and release readiness reviews.
Own the complete defect lifecycle, including defect triage, prioritization, resolution tracking, and root cause analysis.
Ensure test environments, test data, and business validation activities are available and aligned with release plans and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with business, technology, program teams, and vendors to manage risks, provide status reporting, and support Go‑Live decisions.
Requirements 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing, including 5+ years leading large transformation programs.
Strong expertise in SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression, Integration, and API testing across complex enterprise applications.
Hands‑on experience with Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, ALM, test data management, and environment management.
Proven ability to lead large testing teams, manage multiple vendors, and deliver end‑to‑end testing successfully.
Excellent planning, stakeholder management, communication, governance, and executive reporting skills.
Experience in the Utilities/Energy domain, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and test automation is preferred.
ISTQB certification and experience with UK Utilities or Dual Run programs will be an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
