Job Title: Service Design & Transition Manager-Energy client Experience Required Location: Euston (Hybrid β days per week onsite) Duration: 12Months Rate: 630GBP/Day Inside IR35 Dedicated Service Design and Transition capability to support the two major programmes, providing a single point of Service Management accountability across both Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Service Design and Transition across multiple strategic programmes. Define and document Operating Service Models, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Continuity processes. Own Service Acceptance Criteria and ensure successful sign-off before go-live. Produce and manage Service Transition Plans, including knowledge transfer and BAU handover. Drive Service Readiness activities, supplier onboarding, training, and hyper-care planning. Represent Service Management within programme governance, design authorities, and stakeholder meetings. Ensure ServiceNow is configured and ready to support new services before deployment. Create and maintain Service Design Packages, RACI matrices, transition documentation, and risk logs. Support go-live planning, readiness assessments, and post-implementation transition into BAU. Essential Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in Service Design and Service Transition within complex enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles and best practices. Experience working within SIAM (Service Integration and Management) operating models. Proven track record delivering service readiness for large-scale transformation programmes. Experience defining Operating Service Models and Service Acceptance Criteria. Strong stakeholder management and governance experience. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow. Excellent documentation, communication, and leadership skills.
