About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading Retail Energy client on a major transformation programme. The successful candidate will work across business and technology teams, supporting operational change, process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong Business Analysis experience who is comfortable working in complex change programmes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver programme objectives.
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Produce and maintain As-Is and To-Be process documentation.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Perform business impact and change impact assessments.
- Support business process improvement and operational readiness activities.
- Analyse risks, issues and dependencies, providing recommendations to stakeholders.
- Create high-quality BA documentation including business requirements, process maps and functional specifications.
- Ensure effective communication between business users and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
