We are seeking an experienced OTA Platform SME to support a major telecommunications transformation programme involving the migration of a legacy OTA platform to AWS. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership throughout the design, testing, migration, and deployment phases while ensuring the successful management of SIM and eSIM lifecycle services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and support High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD)
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the solution lifecycle
  • Define and agree migration strategies with vendors and stakeholders
  • Support and oversee OTA platform deployments
  • Ensure secure and reliable SIM/eSIM management capabilities
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, testing, and operational teams
  • Support AWS migration activities related to OTA services
  • Ensure alignment with telecom security and operational requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of OTA (Over-The-Air) platforms
  • Experience within telecom messaging environments
  • Understanding of SIM card technologies and SIM lifecycle processes
  • Experience with SIM/eSIM lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of eSIM technologies, including ES and SMDP+
  • Experience working on telecom platform migrations
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
