The client is undergoing a transformation of its Identity and Access Management practices including the delivery of a set of net new tools to overhaul how IAM is carried out in the industry. We are seeking an experienced IAM Delivery Lead - who has a good understanding of Identity Management and a successful track record of working in complex and global organisations at fast pace. The role will report to the Programme Manager and be part of a dynamic and highly skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage several of the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Workstreams supporting the adoption of IAM across Global Business and Global Functions
  • Work with the team using standard PM reporting practices ensuring JIRA & Confluence is kept up to date
  • Support team in understanding and unblocking problems preventing progress
  • Work with team to identify areas for continuous improvement across the programme
  • Lead assigned internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver on the agreed scope
  • Engage with business and technology stakeholders to agree priorities
  • Proactively follow up with project resources and ensuring workstream delivers to the agreed schedule
  • Highlight any concerns with progress to the programme manager to ensure delivery stays on track
  • Effectively handing changes to plan, resourcing and new requirements
  • Provide weekly reporting of status, risks and issues across the workstream

Key Experience required:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Good technical understanding of DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines, Cloud and on-premise infrastructure platforms.
  • Previous hands-on experience of delivering IAM projects
  • Good technical understanding of IAM and controls capabilities and requirements
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills involving senior stakeholders
  • Positive, pro-active team player working as part of a large programme / global team
  • Good understanding of regulatory and audit requirement
  • An inquisitive nature with a rapid aptitude for learning
