Vallum Associates in London/Sheffield is seeking a Service Chain Mapping Product Owner to lead the SCM initiative within the Tech Ops Res suite. The role is a 6-month contract with hybrid working (2–3 days onsite) and requires shaping roadmaps, tooling standards, and governance for operational resilience.

You will oversee asset mapping, coordinate cross functional teams, drive automation to reduce errors, and manage transitions from Mandala to ServiceNow.
