We’re looking for a high‑performing Senior Specialist Recruiter focused on Renewables, Data Centers, and Mission‑Critical Infrastructure. Experience in any of these verticals will be considered. If you thrive with ambitious targets, global exposure, and uncapped earnings—this could be your moment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a recruitment desk in one or more of the following sectors: renewables; data centers, mission‑critical infrastructure, Solar & BESS, Hydrogen & White collar engineering.
- Source, screen, place, and close senior to executive-level talent.
- Grow client relationships, win new accounts and deepen existing partnerships.
- Handle live global project pipelines; collaborate with teams across geographies.
- Meet and exceed ambitious targets while contributing to team performance.
